"We’ve been with this company for many years and switched to Dave about 10 years ago. They were great in the beginning. Any questions they would answer. Set up autopay which was nice. If a payment wasn’t able to go through, they called us to get the payment figured out…. We haven’t had any calls so I figured everything was fine.. I’m on the side of the road currently because a lug nut had come off the tire to my vehicle, called and apparently they cancelled our plan. No notice… we were not informed at all by mail email call or text."
